24 x 7 Emergency Service
Whether you have a service agreement or choose time and material repairs, Power Systems Specialists is prepared to respond to your service and repair needs. PSS offers emergency service 24 hours per day, 7-days per week basis.  In most cases a service engineers will be on site in less than 4 hours.

PSS service engineers have been factory trained on: Chloride, Piller Uniblock UPS, KW Controls, and Toshiba UPS systems. We are able to maintain and repair your UPS system.

Spare Parts Kits
Each of our service offices maintains spare parts kits for all of our supported equipment.  These offices are outfitted with parts to repair 95% of the failures that generally occur. By having spare parts kits, PSS is able to repair most UPS with only one site visit. This means that your UPS system will be back on line and functioning properly without requiring multiple site visits. We stock parts for older Piller and KW Controls UPS system and we are able to keep these systems running. As a customer of PSS, you will be able to have a system that  you can have confidence in for many years to come.
